Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 22

This 51 year old woman from Vancouver had thought of breast augmentation for many years. She desired an improvement in her breast shape and volume, and also her symmetry. After consultation, she elected to undergo bilateral breast augmentation with smooth silicone implants (Allergan SRM 270g) in a sub pectoral dual plane position through an IMF incision.
