Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 18

This 37 year old mother of two from Vancouver noted loss of volume and change in her breast shape after breast feeding. She desired a moderate augmentation to return her breasts to her pre pregnancy shape. Because of her body habits, she underwent a sub pectoral (dual plane) augmentation to give her a more natural shape. She chose anatomic shaped silicone implants (Allergan 410 MM-245g) via an infra mammary fold incision.
