This 38 year old woman had two children and breast fed both. She felt that her breasts had lost volume and shape, and wished an improvement. She desired a moderate change. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with smooth silicone implants (Allergan SSM-270g) in a sub muscular dual plane position via an infra mammary fold incision.
