Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 32

This healthy 47 year old woman had 3 children in the past who were all breastfed. She has noticed that over time her breasts have dropped, and she has asymmetry. Her goals are to improve the shape and position of her breasts, increase her upper pole volume and improve her symmetry. She underwent a combined mastopexy augmentation with removal of some tissue from the larger left breast, and asymmetric implants with an Allergan Inspira moderate projection 300g implant on the right and an Inspira low plus 235g implant on the left, both in a sub pectoral position. She is happy with her breast shape and the improvement in her symmetry.
