Breast Reconstruction Before & After Case 21

This 58 year old woman was diagnosed with left breast ductal carcinoma in situ. She decided to have bilateral mastectomies as her treatment, with immediate reconstruction. She underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies, with immediate direct to implant reconstruction using AlloDerm acellular dermal matrix and shaped (Allergan 410 FF 425g) implants in 1 operation. At 10 months post operatively she has good breast shape and position.
