Breast Lift Before & After Case 31

This 57 year old woman had a planned 40lb. weight loss and her weight was stable. She noted change in the shape of her breasts with more droop as a result. She was generally happy with the volume of her breasts, but wanted improved shape and a "perkier look", but did not want implants. She underwent bilateral vertical mastopexy with autologous fat grafting to her breasts. This gave her the look she wanted with her breasts elevated and the fat grafting improved her upper pole fullness without an implant.
